Booking Policy
At LAVANA GOLD HOTEL & Suites, we aim to make your reservation process simple and convenient.
- All bookings must be confirmed with valid guest details including name, phone number, and preferred dates.
- Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
- Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the reservation type.
- Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- Guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: By 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
- Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in may qualify for a full or partial refund (based on payment terms).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged the full booking amount or at least one night’s stay.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method where applicable.
- Service charges or processing fees may be non-refundable.
Modification Policy
- Guests may request to modify their booking (dates, room type) subject to availability.
- Changes made close to the check-in date may attract additional charges.
Special Conditions
- Group bookings or long stays may have separate terms and conditions.
- During peak periods, holidays, or special events, stricter cancellation policies may apply.
